I can't get rid of Rogue malware,

Hello, bollart.

I see that you're trying to recovery your notebook. 

Are you having any issues booting into windows at the moment?

You can follow this document to recover the notebook.

If you can boot into windows, I would suggest doing the recovery through the recovery manager.
