You will find HP Wireless assistant program on your system to turn on/off both wireless and bluetooth. You can find this under Control Panel.

 

Refer the following screenshot:

   I cant see any bluetooth options in my laptop please give me further instructions.

According to my knowledge, your system does not have bluetooth. You need to use a bluetooth dongle to use bluetooth on your device.Refer the following weblink for specifications of your notebook:
