My laptop model is Compaq Presario CQ61-305EQ
I encountered problem during the first start up of the laptop.
My problem:
Once I get the laptop started up, I received an error message immediately, “Can’t open CD driver FDCD0001. SHSUCDX can’t install.”
Then, I tried to format the Free Dos with window XP professional (or home edition) but it showed me another error message, “Technical information: STOP: 0x0000007B C0xF7ABE524 0xC0000034 0x00000000 0x00000000 “ I was unable to type anything after that, the system got hang or jam. I need to restart it.
How could I overcome the problem?
