hp envy model 2070nr, support assistant

hp envy model 2070nr,when running hp support assistant and cking health analyst only the first and last option pass every thing else fails and there is no upgrade for support assistant been like this for months what gives? also shows error message when this is run stating that CASL exec stopped working

Please uninstall the HP Support Assistant Software, then download & install the latest HP Support Assistant software from the following weblink:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54501-55000/sp54620.exe

ok this fixed problem but there was no unistall programs for support assit ,update removed the old support assitbefore installing new one ,ran program after installing worked well
