Are you sure your model number is  dv6-3152 se?

The search option shows the following models

 

» HP Pavilion dv6-3152ee Entertainment Notebook PC
» HP Pavilion dv6-3152eg Entertainment Notebook PC
» HP Pavilion dv6-3152er Entertainment Notebook PC
» HP Pavilion dv6-3152nr Entertainment Notebook PC

 

Which country did you bought the notebook, maybe global search can not find your model.

I'm guessing not all models have quickweb feature, Intel or AMD.

 

Better call HP for further detail.

For your case, without BIOS option, no way you can install Quickweb.

Does "se" imply DV6t select edition by any chance? That seems to be a limited model so please do check with HP Technical support

Yup. Same here! What is going on with HP? This is ridiculous how much work you have to do just to get a feature that was supposed to ship with your laptop to work. Wow...

I got the same PC HP Pavilion DV6 3100 and its a shame that there is not QuickWeb option in the Bios nor the IOS feature,

and the battery last only for 2 hours on PowerSaver Mood. my previous Vaio was better than this
