Try downloading from here. If it still doesn't work, post what OS (XP,Vista,Win 7) you are running and I will try to post direct link.

I  get the same file PS_AIO_C4200_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_130_140.exe which when i run is in italian

And language of system that you are using on machine which you are trying to install driver for printer is English or Italian?

I bought the computer in Italy but windows 7 is configured for english (can't remember how i did that). Under 'region and language' formats:format=italian(italy) and location:current location&default location=italy.

I think that you still do not understand my question. If you bought your notebook in Italy then default language in this pre-installed system is Italian right? Printer driver is detecting this and automatically start to install driver for printer with Italian language too.
