Please remove the RTC Battery following the steps available in Page 71 of the service manual:
Insert the RTC Battery after a 5 minutes and start the system.

I have the same issue on the same model and tried this method just now. Unfortunately, afterwards it displays a checksum error at boot says that it needs to reset the CMOS. It then forces a reboot after which the BIOS password is still intact. It's like it knows that it got reset, but it corrects itself as a security measure. How can I get around this?
