iam getting one blue colour page error when i boot my computer

dear sir , iam getting following error page when i boot my computer . if the system restart again it will boot normaly

when i try to compress the file iam getting error  - access denied , even Zip or Rar. , pls let me know what should i do next step.

Ok, so if there is this kind of problem then do not compress.

Upload somewhere every dmp file and add to next reply link to every file.

even cant uplod the dmp file, there is error messege coming  when i try to uplod the error messege is   cant uplod file contact administrator even i login by administr
