I bought a envy 15 last week. After I installed some software and reboot. I found it can not boot.
Just black screen, cursor blinking on top left of screen.
I can press "esc" to enter setup list. I can test every option on the list and passed. I can enter BIOS.
But when I choose try to restore, computer ask me to install a disk to continue.......
There is no any CD or DVD in the package!!............
Is somebody there can help me with this issue in fast way? Thanks.

HP machines come with software to burn your OS Recovery Media. Since you have not had time to do that, and the laptop is under warranty, HP will likely send them out free>> Contact HP

Press the Power button to start the PC, and then press or keep tapping it the f11 key then the unit will go the HP Recovery Manager can access the recovery partition then select system recovery that will reformat your Hard drive & reinstall the operating system back on the unit.
If this does not work please contact HP Technical support they will be able to send the Recovery Disc.
