notebook: HP PAVILLION DV7 1175 NR will no longer play Blue Ray discs

My HP Pavillion DV7 1175 nr  will no longer recognize my Blue Ray disc in  Drive E - it will play DVD but not Blue Ray - used to play Blu Ray with no problem ???

 

Updated Quickplayer

Downloaded Cyberlink Power DVD 10

 

But sill nothing...

 

Operating system is 64 Bit Windows Vista  6.0  service pack 2

 

 

After spending two hours this am in this forum I see this is an issue with MANY people - Please help ....

got the same problem for 2 years now and found no solution yet...i would buy a replacement BD drive from amazon.
