pq ele depois de ligado se desliga depois d 10 seg , hp pavilion 1220 dv5 vista

eu ligo ele e ele se desliga apois 10 seg ja mandei ele pra garantia por causa da tela agora isso , oq eu faço pq nao quero q ninguem abra ele se nao for da autorisada
