i formatted hard disk with win 7 home and installed win 7 professional. but for some reason i want the recovery image that i formatted, is there any way to get it.

Right click on Computer and go to Manage.
In that window find Disc Management in the left column and click on that.
If the recovery partition is still there it will be in a partition marked Recovery.
If it's still there you can't actually create any discs from it, but you may be abe to right click on the partition and mark it as active. When you shut down and boot up the recovery process will begin and restore your machine back to Windows 7 Home Premium ( I am guessing).
Ounce there you can use the recovery manager to create the discs and then reinstall W7 professional.
If the Recovery partition is gone, then you will have to contact HP and order the disc from them.
