recovery problems with disk and F11

I have a HP G61 notebook that is one month old. I made my three recovery disk as directed. I had installed some programs then was having problems not being able to change my themes, themes use to work, now they do not. attempted to use my recovery disk to set the system back to new, disk will not work. attempted to use F11 and it will not work. I get a message as follows:

"windows/system32 the system cannot find the path specified X:\Runme2.Bat is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or Bathg file."

So how do I go about doing a recovery to set the notebook back to factory specs?

Thank You

Arthur

Re: recovery problems with disk and F11

Contact HP --> tell them that your created Recovery set fails and request a factory set.

Did this help you with your problem?  I am having the same problem, but mine is just out of warranty.
