need help obtaining back-up disk for my  HPG70-460us notebook.  I have tried to shut down, the scheen is still there.

my computer s fan is not working and when it shut down i tried to reopen and told me youre address so what upis it my puter that is not working right or what

i whent to the store and they say that it s my fan that stoped working  It is still under wanrantie so will send it in for repair .I just don t appreciate the month that it takes for repair i t should be less why can t a store that sells and repairs c an t fix there own product in store beat s me but i purchase a pad with 2 fans in it and it seems to work good enough

i  am having some problem with my laptop,it want start up write,and the cooling fan might be damage.that what ot tell me and it get to hot,and it go off without me turning it off.i do not know what to do,please help me

I am having the exact same problem with my 64 bit dv7 4060us... I am so stuck and confused because it was perfectly fine before dinner! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME
