Windows will not boot. Info;boot selection failed because a requied device is inaccessible.

well the fonts on the computer is in bold letters when the computer start up as well the start up screen says the the batery interanl life is low what you do to repair these isue that i am having

screen says: www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup and its not allowing me to do anything. It tested everything and the results were OK but it contiously says 'Windows is loading files.... and does not stop. How can I fix it? RB

Hi Robert, most of us are able to understand most self-assembly instructions. I spent many hours, back in a day, assembling my childrens bycles, I have "Tested the Waters" and determined that there is a New Trend at HP, no longer can we self-fix it, and its shelf-life is just over 2 years or Warranty period, thus if in Warranty they wii fix free, if not you must consult a HP Tech and pay.
