hey can u please just do a check and tell what u see when you type this in the command prompt?
wmic cpu get CurrentClockSpeed /every:1
i tried in my PC and the turbo boost monitor shows something else, and this shows something else.

Just tells me what the surrent cpu clock speed is and refreshes every 1 second

Is that your specified CPU speed or does it show turbo boost frequency in the command prompt?? ![]()

sorry back after a long time..............it seems soumitra is right in saying the cmd shows ur max clock speed as your current clock speed................but in cpuz it shows exactly how much clock speed it is @............see for urself...................n oh yeah......intel wont be fooling u, dey ll be in trouble if dey do............lol......
