unable to install sql server 2005/08 on windows 7 home premium on hp dv4

My hp dv4 laptop have preinstalled windows 7 home premium 32 bit, I have installed sql server 2005 on this laptop but I am unable to use server and its tools those are not visible to me, can anyone help me....

You might want visit the Windows 7 forum at Microsoft, one thing to look for is to make sure that is no other things like sql 2008 installed, some components from different versions of sql are not compatible.

Are you sure that you are installing the full version or is it the Express version? If it is the express version then the management tools don't install by default. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/sqlserver/2005/en/us/expr
