i recently went into msconfig to disable some things to help my computer start up faster and i came across this file i dont know if i need it or not or what it is 06838fadb6be306f3142df6b83b0a53c i have went on google cant seem to find anything about it

I cannot hurt anything to uncheck it, if something does not work right after you reboot, then you know what it is associated with, otherwise leave it uncheked if there are no problems.
You can also stretch out the command column to see where is is being run from.
