Just use CCleaner and it's free.
I would recommend to stay clear of the priced ones, they are too aggressive and very often they end up deleting critical registry files and the OS becomes corrupted.
I did a test ounce with one with a fresh install of W7 and of course it found problems with registry.
In my opinion they are a waste of money and do more harm then good.
CCleaner is free and so far has not damaged my registry.
