when i turn on my laptop it tells me i am missing system board product information

When i turn on my laptop it tells me that I am missing Product name,configuration,serial #, and product #. How can i fix this.

Hi,

You can't fix by yourself. The best way how to fix it is to call HP and request a field technician. They have some kind of utility and that rewrites the product information to the motherboard.
