Hi:
I initially got the same G6 model as icp_wolverine got, so I changed your letter O to a zero.
When you input RG360UA, you get the HP Pavilion dv6120us Notebook PC.

I am pretty sure this is the model you have.
Is everything working OK now?

When I follow the link I get that it is for DV6120US but the serial number is the same {Removed for privacy} except mine has another J following the 2.
I had the site to a scan to see what I might need and it came back "No available updates were found"
I did find out that the battery pack may have a recall so I will check that out right away.
The kaspersky issue of not being able to load is still ongoing. I have emailed them twice lately and still have not heard back from them. Seems like that they always take a day or two before responding and in the meantime I am without an antivirus program.
I saw your suggestion to load a different protection program but since I paid $50 for the Kaspersky, I would like to try and make it work.
Thank you for all your hard work and suggestions.
Elaine
