why laptop delay clock when sleep or turn off

why laptop delay clock when sleep or turn off 

evry sleep   delay 5 or 10 mint

and if turn off laptop  the clock  stoped not work whn i open laptop i find the time the same as it was before turn off

its new laptop only buy from 1 month

windows 7 home basic

 3. Error message

no error mes it only delay clock when sleep or turn off

 4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred

it sudnly retsart only happn 1 time after that i find clock get delay  

*the program instaled b4 that was

1- Personalization Panel-1.2.0.1 ---- i uninstaled it

2- UxStyle_Core_jul13_bits --- cant uninstall it

3- UnlockAero --- Personalization Panel v1.2 --- cant uninstallit english ver

4- some gadget from microsoft website

the first 3 program from winreview.ru website
