Try the Microsoft 'Fixit' on the link below and see if this allows you to uninstall the current version of YouCam.
If this is successful, restart the notebook, then download and install the latest version of Cyberlink YouCam on the link below.
You will probably find that there is still an update offered from Cyberlink, but hopefully you will now be able to install it.
