8760w makes noise when no sound is being played

Hi,

 

My 8760w is making a constant white/windy noise when the system is quiet. When some sound plays, the noise stops. But 1 minute (exactly 60 seconds) after the sound ended, the noise starts again. I can hear the noise with the headphones, but I'm unable to hear it from the speaker.

 

What could be causing this?
