I received an error saying my HP QuickTouch stopped working and a few days later I have a "no audio output device" message over my volume. When I go to Device Manager, there is no Sound tab. I have uninstalled the speaker under System Devices but that did not work. I would like to download the driver for my speakers, which is Altec Lansing. This was not an option on HP's site under my model number: dv9999us. Any help is appreciated.
