Another Beats Audio Issue

I have a HP Pavilion dm4-3055dx notebook. I am very picky about my music and like a full sound and don't like when tracks skip, sound disoriented, or when things just are not going the way they are supposed to. Like right now.

 

When I play music on this brand new laptop, whether it is iTunes or Youtube the sound always cuts in and out in the same song... sometimes drastic and obvious, sometimes very faint. Either way it drives me absolutely insane and I am not pleased at all.

I tried uninstalling IDT sound and reinstalling it. That is the solution I have read about, and I admit that it doesn't cut out as often, but it still should not be at all.  

 

I need help. I don't want to have to return this laptop, as I would not be getting money back for Antivirus and service on it which was about $240.
