Conexant HD-Audio SmartAudio 221 Driver for Windows 7

I desparetly need audio  driver compatible with Windows 7 professional 32 bits version for Conexant HD-Audio SmartAudio 221 originally being loaded with Compaq Presario F767NR laptop . The speaker works ok but not the microphone.

Have both you tried Vista sound driver?
