DV6 1216sa volume button problems

Hi there,

After completing the Windows 7 upgrade & downloading all of the drivers & applications from the HP disc provided I found that my touchpad mute & volume scroll 'buttons' no longer work. The wireless button next to them still works so it's not the touchpad itself. Does anyone know if I have to download another driver from the HP site & if so which one?

Its sound driver issue. Which sound driver are you using?

 

Try sp44989.exe, (1/1 , 26.1M)
