I've tried this solution and its working. So disable the hp 3d driverguard and no problem.
If you have your Hard Disk as Unsupported try this:
Go to Device Manager --> System Devices --> Uninstall Hp Mobile Data Protection and Restart. The next time windows will reinstall it again but at this time your hp 3d DriverGuard will be running so you can disable it.
Hoe this work.

i finally got it fixed after hours og going thru registry trying to desable that mobility sensore, because i couldnt do it from device manager. finally did it by disabling the devices irq that it was on, and luckily it wasnt shared.
this thing gave me a headache, sorry about bad words i said earlier, but i was angry.
i try not to blame hp for this, because its made in asia, but actually it is hp's fault for having their stuff made there.
i know its cheaper blah blah and not only for hp but also end product is cheaper for customers.
now, if hp's stuff was made in usa, they would be surprised how many people would buy it even tho its more expensive, just because the **bleep** thing is made at home! and it would certainly be better quality.
people are sick of poor quality made in china stuff. first company that bring production home is gonna make it to the top.

~~~~~~~~~~~It's the ethernet driver; it was my case with my HP Envy; disable it when you're not using it. Explanation below:
When the stuttering occurs, Windows is trying to access the internet trough the LAN. And if you do not have an ethernetcable connected you will get stutter.
To verify this:
Open up the little traywindow for networkconnetions (leftclick the icon where you have the signalstrength of your wlan) and keep that window open.
You will notice that Windows will try to "Identify" the ethernet network even though you have no cable inserted. While windows does this, you will get the stutter.
Even though the Atheros drivers reports to Windows that the Network Cable is unplugged, Windows keeps asking the Atheros driver to identify the current network. It appears that this will cause the Windows NDIS driver to be blocked, so all calls which wants data from the network i.e Firefox,MSN messenger, Spotify etc. will occupy more cpu-time while the stutter occurs (you can see this in the task manager).
Workaround for this is to DISABLE the Local Area Connection (Atheros driver) in Network connections.
