HP DV6 3132TX Beats Audio issue.

Hello, I have a Pavillio Dv6 3132tx Notebook which has beats audio. (Win 7 64 Home premium) For some reason when I press Fn + B the only thing that happens is the spinning windows loading circle but this only lasts for 1 second. HP quick launch does not seem to be working. Even if I manually run the Beats32.exe or Beats64.exe nothing happens.

I uninstalled my drivers, reinstalled current and previous versions but nothing is happening. 

I guess it is a quick launch error. Help please?

Try installing the HP software framework. It is found at the web suport portal for your notebook at Drvivers & software downloads under software solutions. Once you have done that try reloading the Quick Launch software.

If still no success, then I recommend that you go to an elevated permissions command prompt window and run the    sfc \scannow command. The System file checker will inspect your system files and replace those that are corrupt with a clean copy.

Your OS may have issues. 

Start-->in the Search programs and files box type in cmd. Right click the cmd icon and select run as administrator. 

Type in sfc /scannow and press enter. That invokes the system file checker that is a part of windows. Let it run and then try Beats softpaq again.
