My Notebook (HP Pavilion dv4 1199ee) has recently updated to Windows 7 Home Premium (32 bit). After the upgrade I can hear the sound only through the headphones. The built in speakers are not working. The mute button on the touch panel is also not working.
Should I update the driver?

Install the latest Win7 Audio driver, here
it will fix mute button problem.
