My laptop was just now returned to me tonight from being fixed. On the keyboard the sound option is orange....which means its off. I pressed it to turn it back on but it has not done anything... but on my screen it is showing my music is playing but there is no sound coming out. Can somebody please help me??? How do I fix this?

Hopefully its driver issue.
Try to uninstall the current audio driver from control panel, reboot and install the latest audio driver from your support page.

Before you even mess with your audio driver, you should try and see if it's the quick launch touch bar that's the problem. Make sure it's listed in your programs list, if not download the driver from HP. If that doesn't work then try messing with the audio driver.
