I have a HP Pavilion which has a touch sound bar above the keyboard. The display is no longer there

Wich has a touch sound bar above the keyboard and a display shows on the bottom of the screen when I touch the bar.

This display is not there any longer.

Download and install the HP OSD utility on the link below.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55152.exe

After the installation has completed, restart the notebook.

I was on call with Tech Support for the past week (likely 6 hours total on the phone) and they couldn't figure this out.

Then I joined this forum to see if I can get any relief, and VOILA!
