Internal Microphone not working on Pavilion dm4 Laptop

I just discovered that as well, it was not set to the internal microphone, lol!!!

You guys are great, I have an HP Pavilion and just signed up for Skype and on my very first call the other person could see me but not hear me unless I plugged in my external mic.  After checking in HP Support Forum I was advised to go to Skype, click on Tools, click on Options, click on, click on Audio Settings, and then if the volume bar is not GREEN then the correct Microphone is not turned on....sure enough that was the problem.  I clicked on Integrated Microphone and THAT SOLVED THE PROBLEM.

I made a test call to Skype and it worked perfect, thank you, thank you.
