My Hp pavilion g6 audio is gone after installing update bios

Thank you I did pressing the f10 that was Paul_Tikannen  told me to do so...and it work i have my audio back thank you

Mr. Paul_tinakken told me to press f10 on the hp welcome then right click the speaker and headphone and set it to default...I had my audio back

Hi:

The solution that I recommended that worked for ajha23, was to boot up the PC.

Tap the F10 key at the HP welcome screen to enter the BIOS, and then just set the BIOS to its defaults, save changes, exit and reboot.

What is the exact model of your notebook?
NOTE: Do not provide the serial number, but the product number will work.

Did any update take place before audio was lost? For example, a BIOS update or Windows update?

Is the notebook using the original operating system it came with?

my product number is A6X02UA#ABA and my BIOS is F.1A

my sound is still not working even after doing the restore on the BIOS.
