New laptop has faulty speakers

Hi,

I bought a new laptop just a few months before and I never used it on a speaker.
I always use headset to listen to any audio or video as I was little scary about

the delicate part of the laptop.
I found that listening on laptop speaker is creating annoying noise.

Initially I thought its a audio fault but later I realize its a speaker issue.

my HP product registration details are

Product Model: QB408PA

Product Name: HPPavilion g6-1118tx Notebook PC

Product Serial Number: 5CD1300372

First and foremost Its very disappointing that I Prefer HP over DELL and sony who were able to

provide a service at doorstep.
And I because of which I am still finding a way to fill a complaint a later month I sound the issue,

because as a software developer I want my laptop with me everytime.

Please prove my choice of selecting HP over other brand right.

I request you to look into this matter ASAP
