I'm sorry to inform you that my notebook's (HP Pavilion g6-1004tx )  right speakers is not working since the first two months after purchase(05-23-2011) from a store in Thrissur,Kerala,India(Sharp Logic). I had contacted your service center at Maha Electronics,Valanjambalam,Ernakulam,Kerala. They offered me poor assistance and informed me that the diaphram of the speaker has broken and further suggested it might have been a result of using VLC Player and hence the damage could not be covered under warranty (One year). They informed me it would take Rs 2000 to cover the repairs. I understand comparing services of two companies isn't right ,but i got to know from my friend who owns a Sony laptop that they solved a similar issue by replacing his damaged speakers free of cost. I was hoping something similar can be done about my product .My warranty would expire on 06-26-2012. I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest on my email id.
