Hello,
I own an HP Probook 4530's with a 32-bit Windows 7 operating system. I purchased it no more than 2 months ago. I haven't had any issues until about 3 days ago. The issue I am noticing is with the audio. It seems to be stuttering as if it freezes for half a second while playing. I notice it through both the built-in speaker and when I have headphones plugged in. Running on the battery or through the power cord doesn't make a difference either. It occurs for any audio or video, whether its online or a file saved on my laptop. I have been searching online for help and have been coming up empty handed. Any suggestions? Could there be any programs running in the background that are slowing my computer down? Or maybe any updates that could help my issue?
Thanks!!!

Its the HP Power Assistant Program. Either uninstall it if you dont use it or if you do use it then uninstall the latest version and install the previous version found on their website

Thanks for the tip! I'll try uninstalling the program to see if I notice a difference.
