Volume controal on screen issue

Hello,

I have HP DV6-3155ee, I have issue with the on screen volume control that pops up when you turn the volume up or down it's not showing, i try to download and install MediaSmart SmartMenu from hp site, it's getting instlled but but it dosn't work with me, can i have an solution for this please.

Hi,

You need to have another MediaSmart product installed ( any will do - ie HP MediaSmart Music ) and then reinstall HP MediaSmart SmartMenu again.

Hi.

I have tried to install  HP MediaSmart Music, but it's not getting installed too, i alrady have HP TouchSmart Music installed, is it same ? 

or Can you provide me with the link please,  just to let you know that my notebook is touch screen support.

Uninstall first all MediaSmart programs from system.

Note:

This software is not for your model because it have Touchscreen Display .

How to get on-screen visuals and associated sounds that are displayed and heard when adjusting volume?

You will need to install at least one program from MediaSmart package.

The best choice will be in my opinion: TouchSmart DVD (it may be any from the below list exept TouchSmart Mobile).

When you will do this install TouchSmart Mobile.

After doing above steps you should see on-screen visuals.
