Hi, so I ran the HP Support Assistant and when it was done I noticed my beats audio was gone.

How do i get it back???

Hi,

 

Can you post back with the following.

 

1.  The full Model No. and Part No. of the notebook ( from the service tag underneath your notebook ).

 

2.  The full version of the operating system you are using ( ie Windows 7 32bit ).

Hi Barry,

 

That doesn't appear to be you're Model No. and I would suggest editing your previous post to remove this :smileyhappy:

 

If you have HP Support Assistant, this should show your Model No. or Part No. at the bottom.

Hi Barry,

 

The first No. is fine.

 

Download and install the IDT driver on the link below.

 

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52001-52500/sp52399.exe

 

After the download has completed, restart the notebook and check if Beats Audio is back.
