beats surround sound disappeared

I have recently bought the HP Pavilion dv6-6B50SA,

Just now the Beats logo popped up on my screen with a cross, as if it had been disabled, and the surround sound has gone, with just the laptop sound working now.

How do I retrieve it? I found the Beats Contol panel but it showed no sign of any change.

Did you try running system restore?

Nope, I must warn you I am not very technologically minded.. remind me how to do a system restore?!

click on start menu or windows logo, in the search field please type recovery, in the search list please click on recovery manager, in the recovery manager under "i need immediate help" select system restore. You must have the laptop running on AC and Battery power. please select a restore point that the beats surround sound is working fine.

bro.. this is really easy, press fn+B and it should fix everything, if that doesnt work open beats control panel, under listenning expirience check beats audio (top left)
