Hi Edward,

If you cannot hear any audio there are multiple possibilities.

Either there is no sound at all from the Speakers, and you are getting sound from external speakers or headphones.

or you are getting no sound what so ever from any of the above devices.

first check to see if there is any mute button on the top of the keyboard. or if the speaker button at the bottom right of the screen (system tray has a red x to it)

If your computer has win7

Click on pearl button, or the start button, in the search field type in troubleshooter and click on find and fix problems.

a new window control panel will open try to click on Troubleshoot audio play back .

click next. this should automatically fix any minor problems with audio.

Else i would need the computer product number or the model to get the link for reinstalling the driver.
