for hp pavillion dv 6000 sound problem

hello hp

the sound coming out of my hp pavillion dv 6000 is not working any more

how this problem can be solved?

plus, i need the driver of the remote control

operating system windows vista

Would like to know the product number of the notebook as it i essential for us to look for the drivers and solutions. Below link helps you find the product and the serial number oif the notebook.
