hp dv6 3060sa model audio problem

hi, i am using hp dv6 3060sa model which i bought that one and half year ago since then i never face any problem with that but now i am facing audio problem, can anyone help me what to do

Hi

 

You have a couple of options as I see it please try these steps might help you to resolve the issue.

 

First disconnect the battery & Adapter then press and hold the power button on the unit for 30 seconds then turn on the unit and have it checked.

Go to device manager and uninstall the driver and restart and unit will install the driver automatically.

Try doing System restore to the date when the unit was working fine.

Try to update the driver from hp.com website for Audio & Bios.
