i have static noise in my external speakers when i use my microphone - how can i eliminate this sta (100 Views)

HI - i have a couple of problems & really need help - i am pc dummy!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

i alaso have this pop in error message - says I nees framework.net 2.o - tried to retrieve from microsoft & it doesnt download - why??

also external speakers have static when I use the microphone - any solutions out there
