volume controls on the HP G60-127NR Notebook PC

Does anyone know how to adjust the volume using the keyboard and not having to use the sound settings tool?

I just bought a new pavillion too and I can't figure it out either.  Maybe I'm missing something, this is the first hp I've had.

Fn & * to mute/restore

Fn & + raise volume

Fn & - to lower volume

How can you control the volume on the HP G60-535DX Notebook?  I'm trying to watch videos and am getting

no sound at all.  Thanks!
