volumn control on keyboard not working

I have an HP Pavilion Entertainment PC and suddenly my sound control above the keyboard stopped working.

The button for turning the wifi on and off is affected as well.

 

Any fixes?

1-remove power cord and battery

2-press power button for 30 seconds

3-reinstall bettery & power cord.

4-power on

 

5.Immediately after powering on start tapping/holding the F10 key to enter BIOS setup.

 

6.Once into BIOS, reset to Default settings.Usually done by tapping F9 key,check bottom of screen for correct key.

 

7.Save & Exit.
