I've had my refurbished HP notebook for a couple of years now, and it was working fine, no problems at all. Then, one night a couple of months ago, the audio literally clicked and stopped working. I was able to reactivate it with a driver I found for a similar model on the forum, but I no longer have control over my Beats audio. The notebook acts as if it isn't even there. Where can I find the correct drivers for my system?
If it helps, the product number of my notebook is A6X02UAR#ABA.
