No sound HP Pavilion g7

Hello, I bought my laptop only a couple of days ago and it already doesn't find any audio output device installed anymore.

MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1

Intel Pentium B950  @ 2.10GHz

Motherboard - Hewlett-Packard 1672 (CPU1)

Intel(R) Display Audio

Thank you in advance.

Please enable Speakers in Playback devices as follows:

1. Right click speaker icon (right hand corner)
2. Select Playback devices
3. Right click Speakers
4. Enable it and set as Default
5. Click Apply/Ok

Regards.

Re: No sound HP Pavilion g7

Welcome to the Forum, Margera,

Here's help to find your computer model.  Be sure NOT to post your serial number - that's private.  Smiling.

Re: No sound HP Pavilion g7

In HP Support Assistant it says :

It says "HP Pavilion g7 Notebook PC"

Product Number : A4D01EA#UUG

That's it.

The label under my laptop doesn't like the one displayed on the website, little information is given.

The product key is given.

I don't see anywhere something of the format "nnnnaa".

BH,

I can't find Margera's system. :smileysad:
Is there a system file from which to pull this information?

TIA.

Hi,

I don't know, I'm NOT an HP employee. The label should say, probably the #3 from this
