Need help go to this site.

1. For HP Mini look for Hewlett-Packard/Compaq Netbooks 10 characters click on Windows binary.
2. For 5 digits look for Hewlett-Packard 5 decimal click on Windows Binary.
3. For 8 digits look for Insyde H20 8 decimal click on Windows Binary.
Download then run.

Elite laptops use a different method of storing BIOS passwords.
